Which countries do you ship to?▾
We ship worldwide. Our main markets are the United States, Canada, Europe, Brazil, and Australia. If you are in a country with strict import regulations on plant material, contact us before ordering so we can advise on documentation requirements.
How long does shipping take?▾

How are seeds packaged for shipping?▾
Seeds are packed in sealed breathable envelopes or airtight vials depending on species requirements. Cold-sensitive seeds ship with heat packs in winter. Each package is discreet, padded, and labeled with all phytosanitary information required for customs.

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number sent via WhatsApp or email as soon as the package is dispatched.

What germination rate can I expect?▾
Germination rates vary by species but our seeds are harvested fresh. Most tropical species achieve 60–90% germination under optimal conditions. Species with short viability (e.g. Pouteria, Annona) should be planted immediately upon arrival.
What growing medium is recommended for tropical seeds?▾
We recommend: 50% coarse perlite or pumice, 30% coco coir or peat-free compost, 20% fine orchid bark or sand. This provides excellent drainage while retaining enough moisture. Avoid heavy garden soils — they compact and cause root rot.
What temperature is needed for germination?▾
Most tropical species germinate best between 25–32°C (77–90°F). Use a heat mat under your propagation tray to maintain consistent bottom heat.
My seeds have not germinated after 4 weeks — is something wrong?▾
Not necessarily. Some species have long germination windows: Annona spp. 4–12 weeks, Garcinia spp. 3–8 weeks, Coffea spp. 6–14 weeks. Keep the medium moist, maintain heat, and be patient. If nothing after 12 weeks, contact us with photos.
Do I need to scarify or soak seeds before planting?▾
Species-specific instructions are included with your order. In general: Hard-coated seeds (Fabaceae): soak 24h in warm water or lightly scarify. Fleshy seeds (Sapotaceae, Myrtaceae): plant fresh, no soaking needed.
